Issuance of eVouchers:
You are required to pay for shipping, but the amount will be credited back to you in the form of an e-voucher, which will be send to you with your order.
  • eVouchers will be issued and sent together with the product. 
  • A $4.00 eVoucher will be sent to you with the product if you chose normal Singpost
  • A $5.00 eVoucher will be sent to you with the product if you chose Singpost Tracked Package

    • Singpost non-tracking : After the item is posted out via Singpost, in the event you do not receive the item, we regret to inform we will not be able to give a free replacement. 
    • Singpost tracked parcel: You can track the status of the package on SingPost’s website and parcel will be delivered to the letterbox.

    3. Select "Seller's own fleet"

    4. Enter the promocode that was given to you in the email to waive off the shipping fees
